I was so frustrated with our current lawyer (he was working on the case for 6 months and had not made any progress) so I reached out to Ben and within the first few days he was already making progress with Bank of America (not an easy company to deal with when trying to buy a short sale in 2011).
Ben worked directly with the bank and he called, emailed, etc on going and always followed through during the entire process. Ben stepped right in and he was amazing working with BOA and all the ridiculous paperwork that had to be filed multiple ways (there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own). He took care of every single detail and kept me in the loop the entire time. I would highly recommend Ben!
